With PINCARD, Fincluded offers inclusive financial services to the growing community of migrant workers in the Netherlands.

Access to financial services for migrant workers
Migrant workers in the Netherlands often face challenges when opening a Dutch bank account. The language barrier and required documentation typically make this process cumbersome and time-consuming.

With PINCARD, Fincluded provides a solution with a simplified signup process and documentation requirements, enabling migrant workers to quickly and easily access a Dutch payment account and participate in the payment system.

Dutch IBAN and a Mastercard debit card
With PINCARD, each account holder receives a Dutch IBAN, making it easier to pay salaries, for example, through temp agencies. In addition, the accompanying Mastercard debit card allows for card payments and cash withdrawals. Through the multilingual PINCARD mobile app, users can easily manage their finances, make transfers, and send payment requests.

Multilingual customer service
PINCARD offers account holders personalized customer service available in their native language. This ensures adequate support for questions and any issues that may arise.

Martin Benschop, Managing Director of Fincluded, emphasizes: "In an era of digital transformation, Fincluded underscores the importance of personal support. This confirms our commitment to facilitating the financial journey of migrant workers. With the PINCARD payment account, we are taking a concrete step to integrate migrant workers into society. Convenience and transparency are central to this."

Financial services
The financial services for the PINCARD payment account are provided by Swan
SAS. Swan SAS is a regulated Electronic Money Institution (EMI), authorized by the ACPR/Banque de France, and is authorized to offer its services within the European Economic Area (EEA).
